Ayni Program

AYNI Program was designed to ensure the sustainability of projects in the medium and long term and targets all new owners of our residential.

The first part of the program consists of series of workshops that aim to strengthen leadership skills, coexistence, integration and mutual respect between our clients, as they start living in their new homes, sharing and managing their new residential complexes.

After achieving this, the new community is encouraged to lay the groundwork and initiate the planning of what they hope will be their future residential development. Finally, VIVA GyM accompanies the groups to strengthen their plans for the condominium.

Why AYNI?

During the Inca Empire, AYNI was a working system of reciprocity between family members of the Ayllu.

Objectives

Achieving economic, administrative and social sustainability of the residential projects in the short, medium and long term, based on concepts of the "AYNI system" such as relationship between neighbors and the principles of coexistence and citizenship.

Fortifications

The residential compounds that meet certain qualifications and achieve indicators set out for this purpose, have the opportunity to develop projects targeted at solving the main problems of their complexes. These projects are funded by VIVA GyM.

Qualification of residential compounds

The residential compounds are evaluated across 4 indicators:

  • Assistance
  • Economic sustainability
  • Compliance and Regulations
  • Repeatability of the program

AYNI Prize

To ensure the sustainability of the AYNI Program, Viva GyM created the “AYNI Award” as an incentive to ensure the continuity of the initial achievements and reach sustainability in the medium and long term.
